To help you make the most of your time during the trial, it can be helpful to gain an overview of the most important features you should focus on if your time is minimal. We recorded this 8-minute video that walks you through them quickly so you can start to think about which types of scenarios you wish to try out.

 

Expect Our Engineering Team To Reach Out To You

We'll reach out to you shortly (within one business day of requesting the trial) to learn more about your organization's needs and to set up criteria to configure your trial environment in a way that is most suited to your situation. Please keep an eye out for an email with more information on how to set up the call. In the meantime, you'll be able to go ahead and explore the MiaRec platform and familiarize yourself with its features.

Ensure Your Call Recording Is Working Correctly ASAP

Please verify that your call recording is working correctly as soon as possible. This way, you can be sure that MiaRec captures the calls you want it to analyze. We will send you an email with some instructions on how to do that.

Block Some Time Every Few Days To Explore The Platform

To get the most out of the trial, it is best to take 30-60 minutes once or twice a week to explore all of MiaRec's features throughout the trial period. Over the next 30 days, we'll send you emails every 2-4 days with ideas and inspiration to help guide you through the platform.

Prepare Some Trial Scenarios

A trial yields the best results if it is put under real-world stress tests. With your team, brainstorm a few scenarios you wish to test.

For example, use the Auto Score Card to evaluate your agents' performance and check how well your agents adhere to your call script. Compare how much time you can save by letting MiaRec score 100% of your calls. Or create a topic and add keywords to solve a "mystery" you are curious about (e.g., Why are we suddenly getting so many return requests?).

Check In With The Sales & The Product Team

If you have any questions or you get stuck anywhere, be sure to get in touch with the MiaRec team as soon as possible, and he will get you in touch with the right person within our product team.

Around the 14th day of your trial, your account manager will check in with you to make sure you're all set and have everything you need to be successful. After your trial period ends (30 days), your account manager will call you to answer any questions, address any concerns, and talk about the next steps if you want to continue using MiaRec.
